Welcome Rock Climbers!
Muir Valley is a rock climbing and nature preserve owned, operated, and maintained by the Muir Valley, LLC organization. The Valley is approximately 360 acres in size and walled in by over seven miles of majestic cliffs of hard Corbin Sandstone that range in height from 20 feet to over 200 feet. Over 400 climbs – both trad and sport – provide a spectacular climbing experience to climbers from all over the world. Waterfalls cascading off the cliffs, caves, and stone bottom creeks add to the rustic charm. Mountain laurel, rhododendron, and many other species of wildflowers and plants grace the valley floor and hillsides.
This is no charge for admission to Muir Valley to climb. There is a daily parking fee of $10 per vehicle that is collected at the parking lot. Or, you can click on the button below to purchase an Annual Parking Permit for $120.
